Custom designed for horse transport, each horsebox can be adapted to a layout that suits your individual needs for horse transport whether you would like wrap around seating at the front or extended kitchen units it is up to you, with a quality and refinement that is unmatched.

Each individual horse transporter vehicle is constructed from the latest and highest quality materials. Construction consists of heat treated extruded alloy sections to side and underframe. Exterior paneled in NS4 grade aluminium. Fibreglass roof and dome. Interior walls lined in W.B.P plywood and covered to the clients chosen materials. Fully insulated with Polystyrene to roof, side and floor. Concealed spring assisted rear ramp with internal double locking system, a unique moving and folding rear skirt which all adds up to a flush and modem appearance for your horsebox.

SPECIFICATIONS

HORSES AREA Interior top section of horsebox walls lined with coated alloy sheet and below lined with Stockboard and galvanised sheet, vinyl lined roof panels incorporating two lift up roof vents, two sunken strip lights and incorporating one rear loading spot light. Opening window to head of each horse with removable window bars, tie and hay net rings, two fully adjustable padded partitions with Stockboard headboards, full length blanket rack and floor covered with thick rubber matting.

LIVING AREA Integral to cab. Walls can be lined in a wide variety of materials. Vinyl panelled roof with large vent and recessed spotlights. Uniformed upholstered seating which incorporates a pull out bunk and lift up double birth above the cab with laminated wooden flooring. A wide range of bespoke kitchen units and worktops. Appliances include hob, oven, refrigerator, stainless steel sink and drainer, hot and cold running water and warm air heating system. Window blinds or curtains included.

ENTRANCE AREA: Walls can be lined in a wide variety of materials. Laminated wooden flooring and Vinyl panelled roof with recessed spotlights. Fittings include entrance mat, coat hooks, umbrella stand and large smoked mirror to main wall.

SHOWER AREA: Waterproof lined wet room with separate shower cubicle including power shower, Vinyl panelled roof with recessed spotlights and the option of side window or roof vent. Fittings include flushing cartridge toilet, sink, and medicine cabinet.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS: External mains 240volt hook up, twin auxiliary batteries and charger, petrol generator, roof mounted antenna with signal amplifier. Combined hot air heater and water system incorporating a pre programmable timer.

EXTERIOR: Pull down step with warning light in cab, storage lockers for ancillaries which include Battery, Gas Bottles, Generator, Saddle Rack and Tack lockers.

PAINT: Complete vehicle exterior finished in single high gloss paint.
