The Hunter Vehicles van and truck rental fleet
have become an increasingly regular sight on the roads
of Enfield, North London and far beyond. Their smart
appearance and distinctive livery ensures that they
are unique. Our experienced and knowledgeable rental
staff are justifiably proud of the range and quality
of our well-maintained fleet.
The weight capacity ranges
from small 2600 kgs GVW vans to large 18,000 kgs GVW
trucks and can be hired on either a daily, weekly or
monthly basis, or on contract hire. Our clients are
secure in the knowledge that we provide a quality vehicle
built by our own craftsmen.
Dimensions given are for internal sizes,
all payloads are approximate. HGV Licence required for
all vehicles over 7500kgs.

Driving
Licence
A full British Driving Licence must be presented
prior to hiring. Age 25 70 years with 1 years
minimum driving experience. Any endorsements to
be advised at time of reservation. Age 21 24 to
have had 2 years driving experience. A heavy goods
vehicle licence is required on vehicles over 3500
kgs G.V.W. |
Payment
Full payment to be made (including deposit of
£300) before start of rental, unless monthly
credit facilities are in operation. We accept
most Credit Cards. (Note; Ages 21 24 require a
deposit of £500). |
| Fuel
Fuel to be paid by renter. Vehicles are normally
supplied full of fuel, please refill on return.
Any oil added will be paid by Hunter Vehicles.
Rental
Period
Non account customers must advise Hunter Vehicles
if rental period is to be extended so that insurance
cover is arranged. |
Operators
Licence
Vehicles over 3500 kgs G.V.W. and used in connection
with a trade or business require the renter to
hold an operators licence and to use the tachograph
fitted to the vehicle. All traffic offences are
renter's responsibility. (See "Terms &
Conditions" on agreement). |
| Working
Hours
Hunter Vehicles is open from 7.30am to 5:30pm
Monday to Friday and 8:00am to 2 noon on Saturday.
Returns
of Vehicles
Vehicles must be returned during working hours. |
Damage
Any damage to vehicle to be covered by renter's
own comprehensive insurance or customers may
take out Hunter Vehicle's insurance and pay
collision damage waiver.
The renter will pay a contribution
of £300 towards any loss or damage to
the vehicle when rented on Hunter Vehicle's
insurance. (Note; Ages 21 24 will pay a contribution
of £500).
NOTE: Overhead damage, insecure
loads, tyre and suspension damage, broken mirrors
and windscreen damage are renters' responsibility

| Breakdowns
Our vehicles are fully serviced but in the unlikely
event of a breakdown, full details will be found
in the cab and on rental documentation. |
